Authoritative IWAC ledger
IWAC verified petition
The IWAC petition uses the frozen petition version, separate electronic-signature attestation, personal-email verification, disclosure controls, receipts, and custody records.
IWAC verified signatures are the signatures used in the IWAC congressional package. Petition participation remains separate from evidence intake, EEO, OSC, grievance, MSPB, union, or other processes.
Secure signing is not active yet. The petition runtime remains fail-closed until the dedicated database, email delivery, retention, backup, and security gates are active.
Separate public-reach channel
Change.org companion petition
The companion petition can provide an additional public way to express support and share the issue. Change.org has its own account, verification, privacy, sharing, and petition-management processes.
Signing one does not automatically sign the other. Change.org support is reported as a separate support count and is not merged into the IWAC named signer roster.
The Change.org companion URL is not configured yet. Once the companion petition is created, this card can point to its official Change.org page without changing the IWAC petition ledger.
